The RW Black recreation Center will be hosting a costume party for Preschoolers & Kindergarteners from 10am-noon.
$3.00 per child/$2 in costume

Grantham has a Haunted Pumpkin Festival (intended for 12 year old and under) on October 27th.

Hartford, VT: October 27th
11th Annual Halloween Egg Haunt, Parade and Curve Ball: Egg Hunt: 6pm-7pm Kids and Adults can join in for a fun “Egg Haunt” in Veterans Park, opposite the Main Street Museum on RR Row. Hunt and find eggs and Halloween treats, hidden by members of the Hartford Parks and Rec Department—they know all the best hiding places! Parade at 8pm, lots more events taking place you can see them all Here.

Quechee, VT: October 27th

VINS Hoots and Howls: This fun, educational and non-scary Halloween event is great for families and people of all ages. Guided tours lead you along trails lighted by pumpkins as you enjoy storytelling, live animals, a puppet show, skit, activities and more! Wrap up the evening with yummy Tricky Treats and the chance to meet a bird up close. Come in a costume or just be part of the fun! $5 -$7/per person

Woodstock VT: October 28th
Billings Farms A Family Halloween – A not-so-scary, fun celebration for all ages! Doughnuts-on-a-string, pumpkin carving, Halloween tales, wagon rides, and more. Costume parades at 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. Children in costume admitted free when accompanied by an adult.

Thetford, VT: October 31st:

Thetford Volunteer Fire Department is having a Halloween Trick or Treat Event and haunted house from 6-8pm.

Norwich, VT: October 31st:

Halloween Celebration in front of the Norwich Inn from 3:00-4:30pm. Come in costume, face & nail painting, fun and games, a family event-all are welcome! Free Co-sponsored by the Norwich Inn and the Norwich Recreation Council

New London, NH:  October 31st
5:30pm-6:30pm: Trick or Treat on Haunted Walk for little ones. (Not Scary!) CSC Players will be in costume handing out candy and then walk through Spring Ledge to Corn Maze.
7:30pm-9pm: Haunted Woods behind Old Kearsarge Middle School
Cost: FREE (Donations Accepted)

  • Haunted Woods 7:30p.m. – 9:00p.m. (Ages 12+ Ages are just a recommendation!)

With the help of Spring Ledge Farm and Colby-Sawyer College, the New London Recreation Department is hosting its 4th annual Haunted Woods trail walk/corn maze.  Please come out and enjoy the thrills and chills of Halloween.
The trail is thru the woods and along the boardwalk, it will be lit by tikki torches but we recommend bringing a flashlight or headlamp for the trick or treat portion.

Claremont NH: October 31st
Hallowesta: 4:30-7 pm. Ghosts, goblins of all ages, get your costumes ready and join us for trick or treating on Pleasant St and a parade to Monadnock Park where there will be hay rides, a wiener roast and marshmallow toasts! Trick or Treating on Pleasant St from 4:00-5:15 pm (Please only trick or treat to businesses displaying the Hallowesta poster!) Parade Line up at 5:15 pm. Parade at 5:30 pm. Festivities to follow at Monadnock Park.

Lebanon, NH October 31st
HALLOWEEN FUN FEST: Colbern Park and Lebanon City Hall will be hosting stories in the Great Pumpkin Patch, hayrides around the Green, pumpkin painting and photos with your favorite storybook characters! Try some pumpkin bowling, during the Trunk and Treating Tailgate Party!
